The Lord may turn many hearts to Himself through this curriculum; this is my firm belief. It is an important project and one that can make a difference for the Russian Orthodox Church as it struggles to recover after the decades of horrendous persecution. If the project succeeds in a big way, then this may also impact the country by turning the hearts of many children to the Lord.

The textbooks are on the official list of books recommended by the Church for Sunday school hours and public school extra-curriculum lessons of Orthodox culture. Two textbooks age 8 and age 12 have been printed and are being used in about 500 out of 27,000 Russian Orthodox parishes. Estimated weekly usage is between 5,000 to 10,000 students. Usually classes are held once a week and the average number of pupils per classroom is 10 to 15 persons.
