We are constantly challenging our central practices and looking for better ways of operating. How can we improve? What have we learned? Can it be applied? Can it be measured?

Sometimes, external factors like the economy or legislative changes forces new ways of looking at things. Other times, it’s an intrinsic drive to innovate. Over the past few years, we became very serious about seeking and implementing small changes to cause disproportionally larger results.
