Our Ministry Philosophy

Keeping the Main Thing The Main Thing

We are focused on what we believe the Lord called us to do and that is; to help children enter and grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. To better understand our thought process and how we filter opportunities, please visit What We’ve Learning.

Henrietta Mears said, “There is no magic in small plans. When I consider my ministry, I think of the world. Anything less than that would not be worthy of Christ nor of His will for my life.”

We understand that this is a much bigger picture than it appears to be and most importantly, that it is not about us. It’s about Jesus and our relationship with Him. It’s about your relationship with Him and the children’s relationship with Him. It’s not about the ministry at all – it’s all about our relationship with our Lord and Savior.

It is our desire to build a great children’s ministry for His glory. To do that we know we must build a strong, self-sustaining organization that can prosper beyond any leader, great idea, market cycle or well-funded program, and that means developing a sustainable resource engine to deliver consistently excellent results.

Being a not-for-profit organization does not give license to be undisciplined in any way. On the contrary, we believe that being a ministry requires much more than a regular business because we know for Whom we work.
