Earthquake Response; Help Children in Haiti Now
By GLWW on Apr 15, 2010 in Where We Serve
Imagine not having a home or even a bed to sleep on. Imagine you are barely clothed and starving, you have no family, no Jesus and you’re alone. Now imagine you are 5 years old. Then, the earthquake hits.
It’s almost too much to take, isn’t it?
Sadly, this is the life of too many children in Haiti, the poorest country in the western hemisphere. In Haiti, half the population is younger than 14 years and the many abandoned children need our immediate help.
Our friends with Audio Adrenaline, the internationally renowned Christian band were so touched by the need in Haiti, that they started a childrens ministry a few years ago to help. The ministry is called the Hands & Feet Project after one of their most popular songs.
