“This is a critical moment in history. China has experienced unprecedented church growth over the past few decades, as the Chinese say, “sprouting up like mushrooms after a spring rain.” The demand for children’s ministry is overwhelming but with God, anything is possible.”

Most Recent Update
2008 turned out to be an incredibly impactful year. The Lord delighted us, again and again, with his love for the Church and her children in China. We have accomplished much and there is so much more to do.
The biggest challenge continues to be educating the Christian community to the importance of bringing God’s Word to children. Without educating the next generation, we will not see the long term systemic change we desire in China or anywhere around the world.
Our approach is to work backwards from the desired result of blessing the entire Chinese Church with the teaching resources necessary for any church to establish a comprehensive, practical and sustainable children’s Bible ministry program. Accretion is built into our plan. Best estimates suggested a 10-year development cycle to Church self-sustainability. We are ahead of schedule.

Mentoring Leaders Who Will Establish Children’s Ministry
God’s touch upon our first in-depth children’s ministry training in China continues to excite us. During the dreaming and planning stages of this project, we weren’t sure how much work would be required, but every time we encountered a need, God provided the answer before we even asked!
We were [...]

More and more churches throughout China are seeing the need to develop a children’s ministry. For decades, it was too risky for churches to hold children’s meetings of any kind, primarily because it is difficult to keep Sunday School services quiet. Although religious education is still technically not allowed for young people under 18, churches [...]
