Your Sunday School Can Have a Significant Impact

Is your church looking for a meaningful mission project to help your Sunday School kids learn about the needs of other Christian children around the world?

Gospel Light Worldwide and World Vision International invite your Sunday School class to help boys and girls in developing countries around the world to know Christ and make Him known. Give children on the other side of the world the greatest gift of all, the gift of knowing Jesus and His Holy Word through fun, exciting and interactive Bible lessons.

David Robinson, World Vision International Middle East/Eastern Europe Regional Vice President says, “This Youth Bible Curriculum has started a Sunday School movement throughout Eastern Europe and parts of the Middle East.” Gospel Light Worldwide president Marc Stein adds, “We personally invite you and your Sunday School class to help this Kingdom building movement by joining the Light of the World Sunday School class Missions Project.”

Contemporary research shows that an individual’s values and morals are shaped in his or her childhood no matter where that person grew up in the world. Along with these life-shaping principles, over 80% of all initial commitments to the Christian faith also occurs during these young formative years. The Word of God is a light for our daily lives.

The Youth Bible Curriculum created through Gospel Light Worldwide and World Vision International helps to turn on the light of Jesus Christ in the lives of children and youth so that they can see, experience and live the Word of God in worship, in learning, in their families and in their daily lives.

As Jesus said in John 8:12, “I am the Light of the World. Everyone who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” The knowledge obtained through this Bible curriculum will help light the way to a full experience of the Word of God and a daily life of faith in God.

Gospel Light Worldwide and World Vision International are currently working together in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia Lebanon, Georgia, and Romania. As Jesus Christ said in Matthew 19:14, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for such is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
