How to Use eBay Giving Works

There are more ways than ever to show your support for Gospel Light Worldwide and eBay Giving Works is one of our newest additions.

You can use eBay Giving Works to list items and donate part or all of the final sale prices to us.

Giving to Gospel Light Worldwide with eBay Giving Works just takes a minute. The next time you list an item on eBay, simply:

1. Look for the “Donate a percentage of sale” field in the Sell Your Item form in the “How you’re selling” area (if you don’t see it, click “Show/Hide Options” in the upper-right corner, click “Format”, check “Donate a Percentage of Sale”)

2. Choose “Select a new nonprofit”

3. In the pop-up window that appears, type “Gospel Light Worldwide” in the Nonprofit Name or Keyword field

4. Select Gospel Light Worldwide (MissionFish is the nonprofit that powers eBay Giving Works. If this is your first time using eBay Giving Works, you will be prompted to create a free MissionFish account.)

5. Select a percentage (10-100%) you wish to donate to us (please note: there is a $5 minimum donation if your item sells)

Your listing will benefit from several unique program features that have been proven to attract more buyers and raise awareness of our cause such as the eBay Giving Works ribbon and enhanced searchability.

Better yet, when your listing sells, it will automatically qualify for the eBay Giving Works Fee Credit Policy! As always, every donation is tax deductible and MissionFish will provide you with the tax-receipt under “My Funds Donated” in your MissionFish account.
